Lyu Guofu expressed a warm welcome to Director Chen Dong and his group. First, we should emancipate our minds, make brave innovations, adhere to the orientation of enterprise talent needs, create a new mode of talent training of co-construction and co-education, promote the iteration and upgrading of the education chain in the whole process of "enrollment - training - practice - employment", and realize the effective connection of the education chain, industrial chain, talent chain and innovation chain. The second point is to set up a team of experts who can regularly participate in the management process, give full play to the guidance of well-known experts, and help the iterative optimization of talent training model; The third one is to establish teams between universities and enterprises, to carry out regular exchanges and interactions, to build a new system for the transformation of results and effectively promote the close docking of universities and enterprises, the deep integration of science and technology and economy, the effective matching of talents and development, and to promote the innovation and development of enterprises; Fourthly, it is necessary for universities and enterprises to jointly build courses, to promote the reform of new business courses, to constantly explore new models, new forms and new paths, and to establish a new model of "integration of production and education and win-win cooperation between universities and enterprises".
