1. Logo
The emblem features a concentric circle design. The upper portion includes the Chinese name of GZUC, the lower part contains the English name, and at the center is a “caravan”, which is crafted with sculptural elements and incorporates the founding year of the university. The central sculpture is named “Traveler of GZUC”, symbolizing the idea that “the road is beneath your feet, and your aspirations are aimed at the world.” It embodies the diligent, united, and pioneering spirit of GZUC, known as the “GZUC Spirit,” representing the roots, bones, and soul of GZUCers. The number 1947 reflects the university's founding history as the “Shangxin Advanced Accounting Vocational School of Guiyang City” in 1947.
The circular, rope-shaped pattern formed by the Pinyin letter “S” in the word “商(Shang)” symbolizes the thriving and enduring promotion of the “GZUC Spirit.”
2.Badge
a.University Badge: The university badge is a circular emblem that incorporates the university logo. The dominant color is antique bronze, adhering to the standard color known as “Bronze of GZUC.”
b. Faculty Badge: The faculty badge is rectangular, measuring 5cm in length and 1.5cm in width.
c. Student Badge: The student badge is similarly rectangular, measuring 5cm in length and 1.5cm in width.
